Explore the Help CentreWhat is Netademix?
Netademix is Lunge’s learning network for schools, educators, students and families. It connects academic work, school operations and family access through role-based workspaces.
Who is Netademix for?
Schools can explore institutional access for administrators, teachers, students and parents. Independent tutors and families also have dedicated starting points. Choose your role on Get started, or ask the team to help you find the right route.
How does a school get started?
Begin with a walkthrough of your school’s needs. Discuss the school structure, user roles, records, timetable and training requirements, then agree an onboarding approach. Setup and migration time depend on your school; there is no universal instant rollout.
What can parents access?
The parent workspace includes linked children, student dashboards, documents and reports. Access depends on the parent–student links, permissions and information your school has made available. Contact your school if the expected child or record is missing.
How do assignments work?
Student assignment workflows include assignment details, downloadable attachments and submission attachments. Teachers and schools determine the learning activities and assessment process. Ask for a demonstration using the workflow relevant to your school.
Does Netademix include live classes?
Netademix has live-class and timetable workflows. Available meeting tools, recordings and playback depend on the school’s configuration and connected video service. Confirm the tools and connectivity needed for your lessons during setup.
Is the shuttle map showing a real vehicle?
No. The maps and interface previews on this website use sample content. Transport workflows require configured routes, vehicles and location data. Ask our team to demonstrate the intended transport setup for your school.
How much does Netademix cost?
Visit Pricing for the published tutor, student and parent, and institutional options. Confirm the plan, included tools, school licensing and onboarding scope with the team before proceeding.
How should we review privacy and access?
Review the privacy policy and discuss account roles, parent–student links, hosting, record access and retention with the team. Do not send student records, passwords or private documents through the public enquiry form.
Where can I get help?
The Help Centre provides guides for school setup, academics, transport and account access. The support enquiry form prepares an email draft for you to review and send; it does not automatically create or deliver a support ticket.
